We are very pleased and proud to announce that Timothy Greene has been appointed as a Circuit Judge and will sit at Snaresbrook Crown Court from 25th March 2019. We will miss Tim greatly and our considerable loss is very much the judiciary’s gain.

Tim has been one of the most respected and highly regarded Higher Courts Advocates practicing in the Crown Court for the last two decades, particularly in relation to cases involving public order and protest.

His skill, sound judgement, words of advice and huge experience will be missed by all of us who have had the tremendous pleasure to work with him for the last 15 years at Birds Solicitors.

Whilst a consultant for this firm, he was often instructed by other firms including Birnberg Peirce where he worked from 1981 and was a partner for a number of years before joining Birds as a consultant in 2004.

We wish him the very best of luck for his future life on the bench.
