We are well equipped at dealing with the challenges often brought by such proceedings and have in the past dealt with rare and complex cases where novel issues arise including securing the discharge of a client who was classified by the National Crime Agency as being a victim of human trafficking three times over.  Our client’s status as a victim was ignored under the Extradition Act.
